Our Position
We support thoughtful, responsible planning that respects the character and livability of existing neighborhoods, minimizes construction and traffic disruption on residential streets, preserves meaningful tree canopy and natural buffers, provides appropriate transitions in scale between new and existing development, and accounts for cumulative impacts on infrastructure and quality of life.
We ask Fairfax County to carefully evaluate the neighborhood and environmental impacts of the proposed Beulah / Steinway development (SE-2025-FR-00044) and ensure that any approved development reflects the standards our community expects.
